If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of purchase.
Online orders can be returned in person to any Inglis Jewellers location or mailed (at your cost) to our head office (66 Inglis Place, Truro, Nova Scotia B2N 4B4).
Online sale items of 50% off or more are only eligible for exchange or store credit.
Custom designed merchandise, class rings, special orders, and items engraved with personalized information cannot be returned or exchanged. Any item that has been modified (resized) will only be eligible for exchange or store credit, excluding the cost of the modification.
Store credit can not be used directly on the online store, but can be applied towards purchases at our locations in Truro and New Glasgow, Nova Scotia, and Riverview, New Brunswick.
