If your original diamond becomes broken or lost from its original setting, Inglis Jewellers will provide replacement to you as follows:

• Natural diamonds up to 1.00 carat will be replaced at no charge
• Lab-grown diamonds of any size will be replaced at no charge

For larger natural diamonds as well as other significant jewellery purchases, we strongly recommend independent jewellery insurance. This provides an added layer of protection for one of life’s most meaningful investments

You are welcome to bring your jewellery to us as often as you like for complimentary
professional cleaning and inspection.

To maintain your Lifetime Diamond Promise we simple ask that your jewellery be inspected and documented by our team at least once every six months. During each visit we will carefully examine the setting, prongs, clasps, and overall condition of your piece to help ensure your diamond remains secure and beautiful. Any repairs or alterations must be completed by Inglis Jewellers.

At Inglis Jewellers, we understand that life’s milestones often call for something even more special. That’s why we proudly offer our Lifetime Trade-Up Promise, giving you the opportunity to upgrade your diamond jewellery as your story continues. We will accept diamond engagement rings, diamond solitaire rings, diamond stud earrings, diamond solitaire pendants, diamond trinities and diamond anniversary bands. When you are ready to upgrade we will credit 100% of your original purchase price toward the purchase of a new regular-priced diamond piece. The new item must be valued at twice the original purchase price or more.

*Original sales receipt and inspection certificate must be presented. Natural diamonds can only be traded for natural diamonds. Lab-grown diamonds can only be traded for lab-grown diamonds.

If your original mount experiences a manufacturing defect in materials or craftsmanship, we will repair or replace it at no charge to you for one year.

This permanent record allows us to provide seamless ongoing service, maintain your Lifetime Diamond Promise history, and assist you quickly with inspections, service appointments, trade-ups, and future care.

For added peace of mind, we can also assist you in obtaining a professional insurance appraisal to establish the replacement value of your jewellery. Appraisals are completed in house by our GIA Certified Diamond Grader and CJA Certificate Professional Jewellery Appraiser, ensuring accurate, professional documentation suitable for insurance purposes. The Lifetime Diamond Promise does not cover theft, mysterious disappearance, loss or damage other than normal wear. It does not cover damage caused by abuse, accident, fire or acts of God. This promise applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Available for purchase within 30 days of your original transaction, this plan covers the professional repairs and services needed to maintain the beauty, security, and wearability of your piece for life. A lifetime of expert care from the jeweller you trust.

The Inglis Jewellers Lifetime Extended Service Plan Includes the following repairs resulting from normal wear at no cost to you:

• Prong retipping
• Stone tightening and setting adjustments
• Ring sizing (up or down 3 sizes)
• Clasp repair or replacement
• Chain and bracelet soldering and repair
• Earring post and backing repair or replacement
• Refinishing and polishing
• Rhodium plating (where applicable)
• Inspection and preventative maintenance
• Cleaning and restoration services
• Pearl restringing
• Gemstone Replacement (up to 1.00 ct)

For all diamond jewellery valued at $1,000 or more, your plan also includes a professional insurance appraisal. This replacement value appraisal is prepared by Inglis Jewellers in house GIA certified Diamond Grader and CJA Certificate Professional Jewellery Appraiser.

Cost is based on the original purchase price of the item

• Valid for the original purchaser only and is non-transferable
• Does not cover loss, theft, mysterious disappearance, accidental damage, abuse, neglect, acts of God, or damage caused by outside repair or alteration
• The item must be inspected by Inglis Jewellers at least every 6 months and all repairs and maintenance must be completed exclusively by Inglis Jewellers.
• If our jewellery experts determine that a piece cannot be repaired to meet our quality standards or that a repair would not provide a dependable long-term solution, Inglis Jewellers may, at our discretion, provide a store credit of the original purchase price in place the repair.

batteries for the life of your timepiece. This reliable care will help keep your timepiece running beautifully for years to come. The plan must be purchased within 30 days of the original watch purchase. Valid for the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
